Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with VoxelCut. This policy explains when you can get your money back for a plan.

Subscriptions

• You can cancel any time from your account. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
• If you ask within 14 days of your first payment for a plan and have used fewer than 10% of that period’s videos, we’ll refund it in full.
• Renewals aren’t refunded once a video has been exported in the new period.

Your right of withdrawal

A plan is digital content delivered immediately. When you subscribe, you ask us to start right away and acknowledge that, once you export videos with it, the statutory right of withdrawal no longer applies. The 14-day refunds above still apply.

Your Claude plan

VoxelCut works with your own Claude plan, which you buy from Anthropic. We can’t refund it: ask Anthropic about their refund terms.

When something goes wrong

If you think you were charged by mistake, tell us: we’ll check it and refund what’s due.

How to ask

Email [email protected] from your account’s email address with the date of the purchase. Refunds go back to the original payment method through PayNow, usually within 5 to 10 business days. Chargebacks opened without contacting us first may lead to the account being suspended while they’re resolved.
